C2 Linear Replacement: 21 avenue NW from 16 street NW to 14 street NW, installing storm water and fresh water utilities and repaving the road.
SPRING / SUMMER 2027
Super CB Phase: 17 avenue NW and 16 street NW intersection, installing super catch basins (CBs) and repaving the road.
