June 22 - July 23

Phase 1: 21 avenue NW from 16 street NW to 17 street NW, installing storm water utilities and repaving the road. 

July 10 - August 27

Phase 2: Creating the dry pond in the east side of the Capitol Hill School field. This includes installing stormwater utilities.

July 16 to July 29

Phase 3: 22 avenue NW and 17 street NW intersection, installing storm water utilities and repaving the road

July 28 - August 18

Phase 4: 17 street from 22 avenue NW to 23 avenue NW, installing storm water utilities and repaving the road.

July 30 - August 21

Super CB Phase: 17 avenue NW and 16 street NW intersection, installing super catch basins (CBs) and repaving the road.

August 3 - August 31

Phase 5: 23 avenue NW from 17 street NW to 18 street NW, installing storm water utilities and repaving the road.

August 15 - October 15

Phase 6: 21 avenue NW from 16 street NW to 14 street NW, installing storm water and fresh water utilities and repaving the road.
